TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Once an order is paid and completed, the lens items are non-refundable and non-returnable. It is not applicable for cancellations or exchange policies.

  • Accepted payment methods are VISA, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, JCB Global, Diner Club International, Cartes Bancaires,  Discover Card, VISA Electron, and Cirrus Mastercard.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Services are only available within UAE for an additional charge.

​

  • For UAE, KSA, Oman, Kuwait & Bahrain: The prices are inclusive of all government charges such as VAT, customs Duty, Clearance, etc.

​

  • For Qatar: The prices are exclusive of all governmental charges such as VAT, customs Duty, Clearance, etc. Customers must clear all charges once their order is received by our shipping partners.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • All orders are shipped via our shipping partners.

​

  • The standard delivery is 1-2 business days within the UAE:

    • Same-day delivery within Dubai: For all orders placed before noon UAE time, delivery will be between 7:00 to 9:00 PM UAE time (an extra delivery charge will be applied).

    • To be delivered the next day: For all orders placed before 3:00 PM UAE time.

    • 2 Business days: For all UAE orders placed on Sunday.

  • The standard delivery is 3-5 business days within the GCC: 

    • ​3-5 Business days: Shipments to KSA, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain & Qatar.

​

  • Remote Areas Delivery: 

    • ​For remote areas delivery, note that additional time and charges (including VAT) are applied in UAE, KSA, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar. Charges vary based on the area.
